Submit a Case

Cases are easily submitted to DRI. Any party to a dispute can initiate DRI intervention by letter, fax, telephone or e-mail advising us of the name of the case and the identity of interested counsel. Submission is suggested even if all parties have not agreed to ADR as DRI will assist in obtaining agreement. There is never a financial obligation to a party requesting our intervention where a consensus for DRI resolution is not reached. We encourage early intervention in a dispute since it enables us to maximize both the time and dollar savings to the parties. However, we have successfully resolved cases that have been submitted at every stage, from presuit to trial, after a jury trial has begun, after a verdict has been rendered, and while a case is on appeal.
